Purpose:
As a Full-set Accountant, you will manage the full set accounts for the company’s financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Highlights:
- Contract Duration: 12 months (start Jan 2025)
- Salary range:$3500 - $4000 (per month)
- Working location: Novena
- Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6pm
Requirements:
- Degree holders
- Minimally 1 year of full set of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficient in Excel (e.g.: Pivot Table, V-Look Up)
Description:
- Manage the full accounting cycle from data entry to financial statement preparation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Reconcile bank statements & general ledger accounts.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
- Liaise with externa and internal auditors
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and any other tax matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
