1. Project Management Support
- Assist Project Manager in tracking project timeline and milestones, review the completeness of deliverables and support governance/audit work.
- Facilitate sprint activities, and also cover functional, data and technical requirement sessions with user, application vendor and third-party team running the system interfaces.
2. Business Analysis Assistance
- Support business analyst to identify and escalate any requirements and design gaps.
- Perform functional testing together with user, coordinate performance, security testing and migration acceptance.
- Manage pre and post go-live activities and ensure tasks are completed by all parties.
3. Training and Change Management Support
- Support briefing/training activities and assist users in change management work.
4. Data Migration & Archival Facilitation
- Coordinate and review data migration request, oversees extraction and transmitting of data from legacy to new system.
5. Operational Support
- Support immediate rollout and situational reporting activities.
- Manage daily operations for production issues, service requests, and other operational matters, including reporting to stakeholders, managing escalations and removing impediments as required.
6. Vendor Performance Monitoring
- Monitor vendor performance for issue resolution and propose areas of improvement for operational efficiency, ensuring that vendor services align with contractual obligations.
7. Ad-hoc Assignments
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks/assignments as required.
Specific Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis role, preferably in the implementation and maintenance of complex IT systems with multiple interfaces to external entities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification will have added advantage.
