Responsibilities:
- Work with the approved sources to perform CV matching and schedule interviews with the Hiring Managers in a timely and responsive manner.
- Communicate with the potential hires on salary and benefits package and address concerns and ensure successful hires in the shortest time turnaround.
- Support the department in the following activities:
- Annual manpower and budgeting exercise
- Monthly headcount and attrition reporting
- Quarterly manpower reporting
- Conduct staff orientation
- Total performance management cycle, increment and bonus payout
- Organise outreach events relevant and support the business growth
- New Hires write ups and exit interviews.
- Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders
- Timely request on invoices to vendors and across institutions
- Support staff movements such as transfer and no pay leave and change in employment terms
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- Organised, meticulous and proactive
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Knowledge in Local Employment Laws
- Able to write and communicate proficiently
- Highly numerate and IT proficient are an advantage
