Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
• Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
• Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous

Job Descriptions

• Reviewing of policies and procedures and follow up with respective stakeholders.
• Perform compliance testing to identify gaps and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure of remediation actions.
• Collate data and prepare reporting for management purposes.
• Contribute in cross-team projects relating to business process improvements.
• Review and assess audit findings to recommend if improvements need to be made at a corporate level.
• Follow up on action plans to address audit findings so that root causes are adequately addressed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service provider to schedule and plan for audits
• Monitor service provider’s performance to ensure timely and quality completion of audit reports and other deliverables.
• Assist team member in the review and processing of applications.
• Implement initiatives to promote good governance practices within organizations and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma qualification in Business or Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• Working experience in audit and project management field.
• Experience in using Business Systems (e.g., Workday, Share Point, Tableau, Micro Strategy) is advantaageous!
