Responsibilities:
- Work as a bridge between businesses/client needs and IT/Digital solution.
- Create, build up, hands-on and manage IT/Digital solution and service offering for the company
- Conduct study of the market need and trend to direct and initiate trendy and innovative technology/solution/services to the company’s board of director.
- Liaise with clients and business to understand the needs/pain-point of business and to consult, design solution architecture for them.
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales and delivery team) and partners to ensure that all aspects of the solution are supportable with relevant and optimized cost to maximize competitiveness.
- Carry out consulting, technical and IT/Digital architecture analysis/assessment, effort estimation, solutioning and proposal review for IT/Digital Transformation projects/programs.
- Ensure compliance with solution architectural design in the implementation of projects/programs.
- Well understand services/solution offerings of the company to consult the businesses.
- Keep up-to-date and be subject master expert (SME) with the latest technologies and best practices in IT/Digital solution, services, and development, e.g., Cloud Services, IoT, Mobility,
- Data Analytics, Blockchain, RPA, AI & Machine Learning, LLM etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills especially presentation skills.
- Good to have experience in projects/ programs of Digital Transformation with skill set of design principle, platform analysis/evaluation and selection, architecting and solutioning which involve experience or knowledge in various technologies and latest digital trends (e.g., Cloud Services, IoT, Mobility, Data Analytics, Blockchain, RPA, AI & Machine Learning, etc.)
- Understand Technical Sales/Pre-sales role and responsibility.
- Has hands-on experience on an Agile team.
