Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics

• Process raw data using basic Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Organize and present data visually for analysis.

Tableau Dashboard Management

• Update and refresh existing Tableau dashboards.

Data Projects Support

• Prepare survey forms and consolidate survey data from various sources.
• Clean and organize data for analysis.

Program Operations Support

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and compile data for documentation.
• Organize distribution of materials and logistics for community hubs across Singapore.

Key Requirements

• Only Singaporean!
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of basic and intermediate Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) to handle data.
• Familiarity with Tableau dashboard development, updating features, and performing data refreshes.
• 1 year of experience in data analytics, program coordination, or a related field is preferred.

Job Descriptions

• Support the ongoing refreshments and improvements of training centres.
• Conduct regular checks of community hubs’ setup such as reporting on safety compliance, standardized set up, etc.
• Assist in coordinating hardware maintenance services for community hubs as required.
• Source goods and facilities management (FM) services for community hubs, such as furniture, maintenance services, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and FM services
• Conduct regular checks on assets and collaterals, ensuring accuracy of records and proper maintenance.
• Maintain and update procurement, asset and collaterals records
• Maintain and update FM and logistics documentation

Job Requirements
