Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
• Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
• Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development professional. The International Business Development role will involve day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, and driving sales. Qualifications

• Experience in International Business Development and International Business
• Strong market research and analysis skills within the F&B industry

• Assist on coordinating engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating, and note-taking where relevant, negotiation with other international stakeholders on the organization's events on mid-year which require whole-of-organization's efforts and a significant manpower contribution.
• Provide administrative support for the organization's team.
