Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to our clients in the Taiwan market
· Business development into prospective clients for the designated markets
· Sales and client relationship management with existing and prospective clients
· Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies
· Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
· Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries
· Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers
Job Requirements:
· Fluent communication in Mandarin is required
· Prior experience living in Taiwan and dealing with Taiwanese clients is preferred
· Prior broking experience in the NDF market is preferred
· Good team player and able to work independently
· Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work well under pressure
