Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and compile reconciliations analysis for balance sheet items.
- Prepare reports for management, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and corporate income tax filings.
- Oversee cash flow management and communicate with customers, suppliers, and banks to ensure timely transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and audits.
- Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B or food production.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of accounting software like Xero or SAP is a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently, and meet deadlines. Strong customer service and communication skills.
