Payroll and support to yearly performance appraisal
General affairs, including office management to keep the working environment in proper way.
Organize company events and create well-being of employees in work place
Training
Support for BHS Academy - Work closer with BHS Academy from WHR (HQ) in Germany, BU heads and Head of County. Planning, conducting, and administering programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge
Develop training program for employees that suit to their needs and business development
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and amend programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets, assessing the return on investment of any training or development program
Labor Relations
Coordinate with HRBP and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management
Draft proposals and rules or regulations, and ensure that human resources policies are consistent with local labor laws
Manage employee benefits to study and ensures that the benefits offered are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
Investigate validity of labor grievances and advise management on contracts, worker grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Other additional duties as required by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-5 years working experiences with multi-national company at a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting or related field required.
Minimum 3-year experience in payroll practice and human resources or employee relations
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiation.
Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities with conflict resolution experience
Proficient in MS Office , Adobe Acrobat and Social Media platforms
Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines
Professional training is preferred
Aptitude in proactive problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
