We are looking for a HR Executive with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, attracting, onboarding and retaining candidates.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment platform/portals.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 1 years in HR and Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Diploma or equivalent in HR or Business-related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates.
- CEI certification is a plus but not required.
