Description
This role will take on a new leadership position in the Patec Group (comprising Patec subsidiaries and BIGL Group) and will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of HR systems, policies and practices in Corporate Office and regional sites. This role will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Group’s objectives and business needs and advise Management on HR-related matters
- Conduct and oversee full range of employment activities to meet the needs of the Group’s business units, including but not limited to recruitment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary procedures, exit process, record retention and training and development
- Cultivate a culture of diversity, inclusion and continuous learning within the Group
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent and implement competitive employee benefit program
- Manage and advise Site HR teams on establishing and maintaining a stable and positive workforce with high employee engagement and managing employee relations
- Maintain and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Develop, analyse and monitor HR reports, metrics and effectiveness of HR programs
- Organise company events, meetings and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR related discipline
- At least 8 to 10 years of practical HR managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in labour laws and HR best practices in regional countries
- Independent, highly driven, team-builder and high integrity
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication, problem-solving and people management skills
- Strong influencing and counselling skills with all levels of people
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Annual Remuneration
S$120,000 to S$200,000 (excluding variable bonus)
