I) BROAD FUNCTION
Responsible for Full Set of Books, including Management, Statutory, GST & Income Tax Reporting; Ensure Sound Accounting Procedures & Controls are in place
II) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Month-End Closing, including but not limited to Journal Entries, Interco Confirmation, Inventory Accounting, FX Revaluation, Bank & Account Reconciliations
- Preparation of Monthly Company and Group Consolidated Financial Reports and supporting Schedules
- Preparation and Handling of Yearly Financial Audit & Tax Filings
- Preparation & Filing of Statutory Reports (AR, ECI, CIT & GST, Statistics, etc.), including addressing any related questions/issues
III) JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognized Accountancy Degree
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial related organization; Auditing experience is a plus;
- Good Working Knowledge of Consolidation
- Familiar with ERP systems; Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Meticulous & Analytical
- Possess Self-Drive & Initiative
- Able to Work under Pressure and meet Tight Deadlines
IV) WORKING RELATIONSHIP
- Finance Management, Relevant Staff in Other Depts, External Auditor, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Government Departments
