Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for software-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customers have a seamless experience using the products.

Key Responsibilities:
