Vendor, Partner, and Supplier Relationship Management
- Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth.
- Identify and build partnerships that align with business objectives and growth strategy.
Project Flow and Internal Procedures
- Streamline and optimize project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procedures, track project statuses, and address any bottlenecks or delays.
Project Ownership and Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of specific projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Expand current project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects to maximize revenue potential.
VIP Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their mining hash rate and expanding their engagement.
Client Support and Inquiries
- Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses to client needs.
- Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within the blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency mining industry and products and services.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
