Basic Administrative Tasks for Project Coordination
- Organising and filing of documents
- Create and update records in database ( Updating new projects / contracts or alteration of current contracts )
- Job scheduling and monitoring
- Coordination between office and outdoor technicians
- Support new projects - communciate and update status of work with customers
- Assist in submitting work documentation to customers as and when required
- Application of Permit To Work / Check on status of said permit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Able to craft and reply emails.
Customer and Client Relations
- Handle inquiries and maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling and tracking service deadlines and liaising with customer and outfield technicians to meet service requirements.
- Coordinate with outfield technicians and other office staff to support customer's administrative needs.
- Assist in the organization and management of contract / related documents.
