Capable of optimizing molecular and cellular assays for characterization of genetically modified immune cells. These assays may include RNA extraction, real-time PCR, ELISA, western blotting, cytotoxicity assay, cell proliferation assays and cytokine measurement etc.,
Multi-parametric immunophenotyping by flow cytometry techniques
Good hands-on experience with PBMCs and cellular therapy products either through established protocols, or to optimize new protocols as seen necessary.
Maintains accurate and detailed documentation of laboratory procedures and experiments.
Oversee maintenance and operation of laboratory such as replenishing & triggering order of consumables, collection of waste materials, maintenance of laboratory equipment, etc.
