What you'll be doing

• Payroll Product system analysis and solution provider
• To be independent and an expert in HRMS Payroll related product
• Technically analyze existing payroll system, functional requirement and provide system solution or areas of impact will there be any enhancement/customization/system issues bring up by the team
• Read the system source codes and advise on the behavior or feasibility of the requirements
• Review the technical specification document and provide a detail or sufficient content to the Development Team
• Discuss and Work with Research and Development (R&D) team for any required discussion pertaining to the system and solution design
• Strictly follow the process and ensure proper documentation (functional/technical specification) is in place
• Ensure effective communication to the respective team(s) involved
• Take overall responsibility and actively follow up the tasks assigned to ensure the deadline is met

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computing and/or Information System
• Hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM modules and technical analysis / system design experience
• Proficiency in the English language and an additional Asian language is advantageous to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

• Serving as the main point of contact between clients and Bipo; elevate client feedback to the relevant departments.
• Regularly checking in on clients and their key personnel, to ensure they are satisfied with BIPO; understand their needs and develop upselling and cross- selling plans.
• To engage in discovery of customer’s current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how BIPO solutioncan address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value.
• Address any concerns or issues a client may have and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• Research competitors and learn how to stay ahead to retain existing clients.
• Leverage product and service knowledgeto support existing Bipo clients.
• Present client with commercial proposal and set any terms as agreed upon by both Bipo and client.
• Collaborate closelywith other departments to build strategies to ensure clientssatisfy our company's product or service.
• Participate in solutioning discussions and engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively build strategies to ensure customer adoption and engagement whilst also using feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Actively works to improve relationships with internal and external stakeholders by understanding their perspectives and works toward win-win solutions.
• Enabler for channel partnerto provide the benefit of BIPO HRMS to theirenterprise customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min 3 to 5 years of relevantexperience
• Strong command of the Chinese language is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Comfortable interacting across all customer levels
• Mediator with strong communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Good Listener
• A strong combination of technology and interpersonal skills preferred
• Experience working with prospects in the sales cycle, in presentations, solution design,etc
• Strong technical understanding of HRMS modules and related services.
