We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an Property Officer.

You will assist the Property Manager in:

• Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing residents' feedback and requests.
• Oversees the contractors performing estate maintenance, improvement projects and cleanliness. Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure a clean and conducive living environment for our residents.
• Identify building defects and recommend/ implement remedial actions including carrying out preventive and cyclical maintenance works.
• Initiate, execute preventive and corrective maintenance works from identification of areas of improvement, obtain quotations, issuance of work orders to supervision of satisfactory delivery of works.
• Carry out enforcement of Town Council’s By-Laws
• Conduct home visits to arrears cases so as to identify financial hardship cases.
• Work closely with grassroots leaders, government agencies and community partners to create a harmonious and conducive living

Requirements:

• Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses.
• Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure and ability to handle / manage all stakeholders from all walks of life.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task or handle difficult situations.
• No medical barriers and physically fit as candidate is expected to perform field / onsite works which may requires (i.e.) climbing up and down of stairs
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Customer Service or related courses
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a call centre as well as front counter environment
• Prior experiences working in a high volume call centre environment advantageous

Responsibilities:

Operations

• Maintain critical IT infrastructure: Manage servers, networks, devices, and communication channels to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Requirements:

• ·Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, data analysis, and/or automation, with some overlap between areas being highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, data analysis, or AI (optional)
• Ability to design and implement automation workflows using scripting languages like Python or robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Understanding of AI concepts and applications in business processes.
• Experience with integrating AI solutions and tools into existing systems.
