Job Description
- Oversee all accounting procedures, financial transactions and systems used by the company, including entities and project.
- Management of accounting systems and month-end close. Including, prepare monthly/annually finance date analyse and management, included budgeting and expenses. Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive monthly PnL and balance sheet to the co-founder office.
- Responsibility to prepare and submit annual financial statements, annual return, tax returns and required regulatory returns to Companies. As well as supporting the external audit or DD process, if need.
- Manage relationships with bank, payment provider or finance service provider.
- Any other assignment from co-founder office.
Requirements
- At least degree in accounting with qualified accountant qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA.
- At least 3 years' post qualification experience in Blockchain, Fintech or fund management industry. Familier with blockchain project cash flow/ token management.
- Strong financial accounting or audit background with commercial knowledge.
- Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
- Experience of managing a finance function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
- Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracy of systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.
