About the role

Bitmain Development Pte. Ltd., a prominent leader in the blockchain industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee（Account） to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work in our centrally located office and be a part of our company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Performing comprehensive account analysis and reporting to support the finance and accounting functions
• Assisting with the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Conducting detailed reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure the integrity of financial data
• Providing support for auditing and compliance activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum Master's degree in Account/Finance/Taxation majors from leading universities (Graduation year from Dec 2024 onward)
Requires one year of on boarding training in Beijing, China

• A recently completed Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry is preferred, but not required
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin & English to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
