About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Legal team at BITMAIN DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD.' as a Management Trainee（Legal）. In this full-time role based in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to the wider business, with a focus on commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
- Assisting with the implementation of legal and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Conducting legal research and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal policies, processes and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Providing general administrative support to the Legal team as required
What we're looking for
Minimum Master's degree in Lagal majors from leading universities (Graduation year from Dec 2024 onward)
Requires one year of on boarding training in Beijing, China
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using legal research tools and MS Office Suite
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin & English to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
