● Assist in monitoring high-risk customers or businesses and maintain records
● Assist in conducting reviews on merchants/businesses as needed
● Perform transaction monitoring
● Assist in preparing for and responding to routine reviews/audits and maintain compliance review files to include follow-up of all items required by regulators for audit purposes
● Assist the Compliance officer in performing his/her responsibilities
● Provide compliance support to the business and work with other members of the team to ensure all required records and compliance registers are maintained and in an accurate and timely manner
● Liaising with staff from compliance colleagues globally and other departments as required
● Preparing monthly reports for the compliance team
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Compliance and with basic knowledge of regulatory compliance issues
- Ability to use good judgment and logic with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in preparing materials for compliance reporting
- Ability to review content for accuracy and consistency
- Proficient with word processing, excel and computer skills
