Programme Executive (Employment Outreach – Persons with Disabilities)
The Programme Executive will reach out to community partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities. He/she liaises and collaborates with key partners to showcase best practices on inclusive employment and organises employment and employability related outreach events.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop effective outreach and engagement plans with community partners.
- Consistently work with community partners and training partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities.
- Organise learning journeys to share best practices on inclusive employment to community partners.
- Organise events, e.g. open house, job fairs, etc., to create awareness on the services offered by the Employment Support Team and E-Commerce Training Centre.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of outreach and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Strong in both written and spoken communication skills
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive collaborations.
· A creative thinker and has initiative
· Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Canva.
· Experience in working with people with disabilities is preferred.
