Job Description:
Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Update and maintain in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Develop and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, introduce new technologies, and monitor process improvements.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, control plans, and other documentation.
Support the team with flexibility to work overtime when required.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Lean /Six Sigma principles is preferred.
SAP / MES experience is highly desirable.
