Develop and drive sales strategies and profitable growth. Establish and provide annual sales plan and provide monthly & quarterly updates, revision and modifications to plan and drive required pipelines to meet sales plan which in line with the Company’s business plan
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales & business development
Own the business development, update and communication of accurate sales forecasts for the region and achieve forecasted sales to meet business plans
Manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
Identifying and mapping business/ product strengths, customer needs and generate new accounts opportunity; perform customer research, prospecting and networking
Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Creating and building solid relationships with new and existing customers and make sound decision within capacity level not limiting to maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing leadership to the sales team by setting goals, coaching employees, and helping them identify opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements
Degree in Business Management/ Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from relevant industries
Proficiency in the use of SAP Materials Management software or other related ERP/MRP systems.
Large key account and relationship management including global account
Experience in developing business analytics team and turn business intelligence into useful info for business
