Key Responsibilities:
- Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are packed on time (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Redmart, NTUC online, Amazon, etc)
- Ensure inventory levels are consistently optimized and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to prevent any instances of stockouts.
- Update inventory quantity and expiry dates
- Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary
- Issue simple invoice to b2b merchants
- Pack, stock, organise and re-arrange products in warehouse, ensure warehouse premises is neat and clean.
- Able to perform adhoc duties given to support e-commerce team
Required skillset/knowledge:
- Major online marketplace/platform backoffice navigation would be bonus
- Proficient about Microsoft Excel
- Good awareness and organizational skill
- Able to maintain a positive attitude to work with team under fast pace enviroment
