· Experience of medium/large projects for MRT

· Conversant in statutory code and requirements

Job Description

-Experience in Full Set account

-Assist in preparation of monthly payroll & CPF

-Assist in answering phone calls

-Maintain proper filling and documentation.

-Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

-Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm)

*Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.

*Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.

*Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued

*Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.

*Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.

*Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site

*Supervise and Coordinate work activities with contractor to meet schedule and quality of works.

*Provide support in pick-up and delivery of items/documents

*Fetching foreign workers from Dormitory to their respective jobsites

*Loading and unloading of materials and good.

1. Responsible for produce structural shop drawing to meet the project requirements.

2. Responsible for the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents

3. Ability to undertake concept design and development

4. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data

5. Other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the project management

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field

3. Proficient in AutoCAD is a must

4. Knowledge in Tekla Structures, 3DMax will be an advantage

5. Ability to work independently meets with the deadline

6. Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills

7. Strong creativity in concept design, architectural details and construction practices.
