Manages HR polices and implementing relevant company polices. Assistance for proper adminstrative duties. Candidate will also be working closely with the Director to review and construct test plans along with basic accounting duties. Work towards continous improvement and on-going development of the company.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Account all finances using internal Excel.
2. Review and construct test plans along with analysing and assessing the requirements of the design. Suggest areas of improvement.
3. Help with current accountancy work in the company.
4. Brainstorming of creative ideas to provide a healthy working environment for all employees. Involve in employee orientation and training documents.
5. Office support activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and attending to vistors.
6. Attending to employees concerns or queries.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Active participation of daily duties in the accounts department such as issuing invoices, statement of accounts and follow up on payments.
2. Attaining knowledge of using e-filling with ACRA and IRAS.
3. Reviewing of payroll, calculations of CPF contribution. Manage and prepare distribution of cheques, and reimbursement claims.
4. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes.
5. Work closely with different departments and ensure employees concerns or queries are resolved.
6. Gain experience with people relations skills, Learning company's work flow and improvise.
