Immediate Hiring - Recruiter - (IT/SAP)
Manage the entire recruitment process for all positions in various industries
- Assist in job scoping by understanding corporate culture, objectives and business structures.
- Perform candidate screening and matching to job requirements
- Conduct interviews and recommend potential candidate profiles
- Placement of job advertisements on various websites
- Ensure adherence to all administrative procedures and that all reporting systems are kept up to date
- Drive recruitment strategy and hiring results by sourcing potential candidates through online channels, campus recruitment and networks.
- Manage full life-cycle of recruitment from screening, interviewing, negotiating salary offers to facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Requirements:
· Diploma and above
· with CEI certification are highly advantageous
