Responsibilities:-
- Research and compare current developments in curricula, teaching methods and other educational practices, and make recommendations for necessary changes and possible improvements
- Evaluating and advising on contents of courses and methods of examination
- Research arts and other teaching aids and advise, plan for their introduction into the curriculum
- Documenting subjects and courses developed, and evaluating new courses
- Providing ongoing professional development, training and consultative services to teachers
- Organizing and conducting workshops and conferences to train teachers in new programs and methods
- Developing the structure, content and objectives of new educational courses and programs
- Include Chinese as part of the program advisory.
- Preparing reports and making recommendations to HQ concerning possible changes and improvements in curricula, teaching methods, and other matters.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in training & development and/or education research
- Professionally in Chinese as one of the teaching language
- Passionate about education and possess a strong background and interest in educational research
- Ability to synthesize literature and research and propose evidence-based frameworks for teaching and learning
- Design, develop and deliver a variety of professional development experiences for lecturers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
