This position reports to the Director of the farm. The candidate is required to participate in the full operations of a commercial farm in Singapore. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, willing to learn, and have a keen eye for hygiene and operation details.
Operating a farm is physical and requires the person to work under the sun. As we have an active partnership with schools for autistic students. The candidate is required to work alongside job coach the students from the autism school. The candidate shall also perform additional duties where required in supporting our beneficiaries and volunteers working onsite farms during weekend events such as vegetable market sales and charity runs.
