Job Brief

We are seeking for an energetic & dedicated Senior Marketing Executive with interest in working in a Marketing & Web agency to plan and execute marketing strategies for both our in-house and clients’ projects.

The Senior Marketing Executive plays an important role in aligning the marketing strategies with the marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in supporting the creation of promotional advertisement & material, supporting events & logistic as well as increasing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage overall marketing plans that propel the company towards its objectives.
• Enhance company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and branding strategies
• Apply data-driven thought process with proper analysis of campaigns’ performance metrics to improve marketing strategies and achieve quantifiable results
• Conduct thorough market research and analyse industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes to identify sales opportunities.
• Execute and manage online advertising campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media ads to generate leads for both in-house services and clients' projects
• Oversee the creation, execution and analysis of various marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
• Craft captivating, SEO-enriched content and visually compelling graphics for both in-house and clients' blog, website, and social media channels
• Support pre-event and onsite events’ tasks including overseeing the coordination with vendors and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Marketing Executive - leading marketing juniors to align with overall marketing strategy
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficient in website analytics tools such as GA, GSC, GTM, Heatmaps etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Adept at problem-solving and be able to multi-task

Job Brief:

Supporting the Marketing and Event teams on overall strategies and activities for projects as assigned. Report to the Managing Director & Project Leads to assist the implementation of marketing and event plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition.

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaison with vendors on costing & products/services’ information
• Liaison with clients on facts’ findings and data collection
• Research on marketing related matters such articles’ topics, SEO keywords
• Support event preparation works, onsite tasks execution/coordination and reporting
• Support marketing and operation activities including social media drafting & posting
• Monitor progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Perform analysis and evaluation reports
• Preparation of presentation including consolidation of data, setting up charts and layout of details/facts/content in PPT
• Content uploading, updating and checking on clients’ websites
• Quality checking on clients’ websites

Requirements

• 1 year of marketing experience with fundamental understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and content marketing. Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a bonus)
• Good communication and people skills

Job Brief

Reporting directly to the Director. The primary work comprises of requirement analysis from clients, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings together with the Sales team to gather project requirements from clients.
• Determine appropriate technology stacks, system architecture, other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
• Liaise with the IT manager, Project manager and other development members (in-house or outsourced) to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines for all application system projects, including Digital eCommerce, Content Management System etc.
• Assist in development works in clients’ projects to ensure software quality and project delivery timeliness
• Communicate with the Project manager with efficiency and accuracy on projects’ progresses and statuses.
• Work with the IT manager and developers to constantly update technical documentations including system architecture diagrams, change requests log, user manual and test case scenario documentation etc
• Responsible for unit testing, debugging, and performance testing, with key focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Performs User Training & Acceptance Testing, and post launch follow-ups
• Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction
• Be actively involved with the IT team and contribute regularly to the Development community of latest technologies, cyber securities trends, Content Management System (CMS) best practices.

Requirements

• Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
• Able to travel overseas branches as and when required
• BS in Computer Science or IT related field
• Relevant experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
• Relevant experience in Microsoft web development technologies utilising C#, ASP.NET Core/ASP.Net MVC, Angular, JQuery, MS SQL & MySQL
• Experience with Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, GIT, Mobile Development or Linux is beneficial.
• Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
