This will include the coordination of course materials, faculty schedules and the invigilation of exams. You will be the key interface between the students and faculty and provide counselling and mentoring support to the students on day-to-day issues. You will review and improve the communication methods, processes, and systems of the program office, identifying and implementing improvements.ResponsibilitiesOrientationConduct orientation for newly enrolled studentsScheduling & other Admin related workResponsible for Faculty office set up for all coursesCoordinate the schedules of each course into the programme manager and inform the students and teachersAttendanceTo keep student leave records updated and to maintain leave records in an organized mannerCourse CoordinationPrepare handouts for the courses as per faculty instruction for the batchesBooks distribution for the courses as soon as it is receivedInteract with faculty on daily basis and discussing about pedagogy and implementation processOrganize quiz sessions etcExaminationsInitiate discussion with the particular subject instructor by the mid duration of the course regarding examination and to supply all the relevant forms to be filled by the instructor in regard to examinationsCoordination of documentation to facilitate examination process and to seek necessary approval from programme managerExam files to be updated with guidelines, exam tracking sheet, attendance sheet, question paper for all the scheduled examsAdministration tasks of exams (on the day of exams) liasing with the invigilatorSeating posters are prepared and should be pasted outside the exam hall 15 minutes before the exam
All question papers, answer sheets, attendance sheets, seat posters, examiner guidelines for each venue should be put in an envelope and to be given to proctors for invigilationOnce examinations have ended, answer tracking sheets need to be filled, sort the papers according to roll numbers and dispatching the papers to faculty for evaluationAny academic misconduct that occurs during the examination process must be reported immediately to Program Manager.oordinatorJob Description

Responsibilities
Orientation
- Conduct orientation for newly enrolled students
Scheduling & other Admin related work
- Responsible for Faculty office set up for all courses
- Coordinate the schedules of each course into the programme manager and inform the students and teachers
Attendance
- To keep student leave records updated and to maintain leave records in an organized manner
- Course Coordination
- Prepare handouts for the courses as per faculty instruction for the batches
- Books distribution for the courses as soon as it is received
