Join our team as a Recruitment Sourcer to support talent acquisition efforts across APAC for tech, web3 and trading.
What you could expect:

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and screen candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Initiate contact with candidates to evaluate their fit for roles.
- Update and manage candidate databases to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants and assist with additional recruitment tasks.
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Liepin and more.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Result-driven and a self-driven attitude.
Compensation:
- Competitive base pay plus performance-based commission.
