Job Overview:
The Training Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in the implementation of the company’s training plans and programmes. The role involves managing training logistics, coordinating with external training vendors, maintaining training records, processing training grants, and assisting in reporting and training evaluations. The Training Executive will also provide general administrative support related to training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Administration:
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of training plans and programmes.
- Manage the Training Management System (TMS), including scheduling courses, setting up training sessions, and coordinating logistics.
- Facilitate training courses and examinations as required.
- Process training grants in compliance with government policies and organizational procedures.
- Maintain and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reporting & Evaluation:
- Collate training evaluations and feedback from participants.
- Assist in the preparation of training reports, statistics, and analysis for management review.
Vendor Liaison & Course Registration:
- Liaise with external training vendors to register for courses and manage course-related communication.
- Coordinate payment processing for training courses, including preparing payment vouchers for Finance.
General Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as responding to phone and email enquiries regarding training programmes.
- Take minutes during meetings when required.
- Assist with any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in training administration or HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with digital learning systems.
- Knowledge of the WSQ framework and SkillsFuture Training Partners Gateway / Skills Connect is an advantage.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ACLP certification would be advantageous.
