Job Overview:

BNF Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to be an integral part of the procurement team, contributing to the company's purchasing activities and supplier engagements. This role requires expertise in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain while optimizing costs and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement process, including placing and tracking purchase orders for industrial gases and related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality, timely deliveries, and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing, while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Track orders and manage inventory levels, collaborating with internal teams to ensure supply aligns with demand and operational requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve procurement issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, or product quality, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate and optimize delivery schedules and ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the industrial or supply chain management sectors.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with suppliers, including international vendors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail in managing multiple procurement activities.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese suppliers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage procurement-related challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
