Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director/ Head of Sales to execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth & achieve revenue targets. You will manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum performance. To identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. To monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the team. To provide market expansion & feedback to guide product development and improvements.

What Will You Do

• · Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
• · Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the team.
• · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• · Work closely with the different teams to ensure alignment on business goals
• · To provide market expansion & feedback to guide product development and improvements.

What Do We Want

• · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
• · Min 8 years of senior sales role, preferably within manufacturing/ F&B/ Retail industry.
• · Proven leadership in managing and driving multiple teams.
• · Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing successful sales teams.
• · Excellent understanding of financial principles, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
