2. Work with the team leader to oversee desk exposure and enact hedging tactics to mitigate physical trade risks.
3. Proactively seek out cargo trading prospects to boost trading volume and achieve team's yearly objectives.
4. Back trading operations to facilitate seamless transaction flow and execution.
5. Foster robust partnerships with counterparts and pivotal figures within the Singapore trading hub.
6. Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in international trade, business management, or related fields.
2. Experience in managing tankage and commercial operations at Singapore local terminals is advantageous.
3. A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fuel oil trading.
4. Demonstrated history of success in fuel oil trading and commercial activities.
5. Thorough comprehension of the APAG fuel oil market, encompassing present and future trends, supply and demand dynamics, product specifications, and pricing trends.
6. Broad business connections and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
7. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese for effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
8. Detail-oriented, driven, adept at handling pressure, and eager to tackle challenges.
