This position requires a combination of marketing and sales skills in order to serve the clients better and also to push the sales of the company. You will act as a representative for the company to the clients to understand the needs of the clients, cross-sell new products to existing clients, follow-up on sales orders, and also to support the sales team on the ground. The job will require you to make necessary phone calls and meetings to help the sales team to grow.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional training, customer service, and technical support remotely and on-site to current and prospective customers, and participate in activities which include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machineries & equipments at client’s premises.
- Identify and resolve client’s feedback both remotely and on client’s premises.
- Ensure that the end-users carry out work in compliance with with the SOP / Method of Statement, Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
- Observe and comply with site’s safety requirements, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.

- Simple Inventory management and handling
Education/Experience
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec in Mechanical and/or Electrical or related discipline in engineering
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience of at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction related industries.
Skills and Special Requirements/Licensing
- Responsiveness and a “can-do” attitude
- Service oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Requires possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Company vehicle will be provided
