We are looking for someone who shares our belief and passion to join us as an Assistant Production Manager.
This person will report to the Chief Operations Officer on day-to-day operations and lead the production team to ensure that orders are being produced accurately and hygienically. The role will work closely with the customer service, logistics and operations team to meet customers’ and company’s expectations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations, establishing an environment that maximizes resources including manpower planning, equipment and auditing for reliability and efficiency
- Promote and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Supervise employees to ensure they follow company’s standards and procedures
- Coordinate, plan and schedule manpower and equipment requirements
- Ensure daily production targets are met and orders are made before scheduled delivery dates
- Responsible for ensuring adequate ingredients are available for production
- Oversee quality control checks of completed orders and pre-processing to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of work experience in food production
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Detail oriented and able to work independently
- Possess strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
