Job Description:
· Prepare quotation and advise interior design for potential customers.
· Prepare 2D & 3D drawings to illustrate designs & layouts,
· To convince owners to close sales & engage our company for renovation works,
· To clarify with Client, Consultant, Contractors and other parties for issues related to renovation works or costing.
· Manage site activities, vendors and subcontractors.
· To liaise with Client, Consultant, Contractors and other parties.
· Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
· Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
· Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in both residential & commercial renovation
- Must achieve Monthly sales target of $50,000 with minimum 20% profit margin,
- Good communication skills with customers and project team,
