• Support in bringing data together and creating insights in the marketing function; work with teams across different country, different functions
  • E.g. Vehicle application Catalogue, vehicle/application/product analysis, Market potential analytics etc.
• Support in digital projects such as eCommerce
• Develop smart and efficient solutions to reporting and data extraction needs using SQL, Python etc
• Prepare analysis and actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new marketing strategies
• Prepare reports and utilize PowerBI for data visualization
• Assist in other ad-hoc analytics projects

Job Description

Main Tasks:

• Conducting sales data collection and analysis
• Quoting and managing product pricing
• Supporting the sales team with business enquiries and administrative matters
• Analyzing data and drawing meaningful insights to improve sales and processes
• Conduct projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales
• Assisting in preparation of presentation slides and other SAP-related sales support activities
• Creating analytics reports for KPI reporting (Monthly Customer Reports, Quality Reports)

• Support on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Assist the ASEAN sales team with ongoing analytical, administrative and operational tasks
• Manage sales reports, sales dashboards and sales process to make data access extraction more efficient
• Involve in various projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales
• Support Preferred partner program and channel strategies
• Market research when required
