As a Process and Digital Consultant, you will identify the areas of process improvement and drive digital topics, along with supporting the organization in identifying the system or process issues and consulting on the solutions end-to-end on a daily basis.

You will:

• Discuss with business users, customers and identify the pain points and provide solutions - SAP, Digital, or PowerBI.
• Conduct workshops and continuously improve the Business processes.
• You will also be required to support Data driven initiatives, S/4 Rollout projects and other digital projects as and when require.
• Identify the opportunity of new digital solutions and market trends.
• Ensure you understand the market trends and business targets and bring ideas and solutions.
• Define KPIs, build Dashboards and reports with Celonis, Power-BI etc. for continuous process improvement.

We are offering an internship in the quality management department of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket Asia Pacific (APAC) region based in Singapore office. Our focus is to support business and product strategies in terms of quality management for products and processes to continuously grow our automotive aftermarket business in APAC. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to join us for internship of 6 months.


Support our team in digitalization initiatives

• Image Classification: Assist in developing and implementing AI models for classifying customer-submitted photos to support blocked stock decision making.
• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Help gather and preprocess image data for training and validating AI models. 
• Model Training Support: Support the training of AI models using machine learning frameworks and assist in optimizing them for better performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI models and report findings to the team for further improvements.
• Documentation: Document the processes and results of image classification tasks and contribute to project reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the AI solution aligns with project goals.

Support our team in operational tasks

• Monthly Key Performance Index updating.
• Support in maintaining related internal processes and systems.
• Support in Digitalization activities, dashboards, reporting and any other ad-hoc tasks.
