To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
· To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim
· To process monthly progress claim and final claim
· To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project
· To take off measurement: re-measurement for sub-contract
· To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services
· To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
· To liaise with suppliers for quotations
· To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
