Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the incumbent is responsible to perform general storekeeping duties and manage the Back of House (BOH) stock management.
Job roles & responsibilities
- Receive and inspects and unpack all incoming shipments highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delay in shipment to Store Manager and all relevant parties.
- Check merchandise deliveries for accuracy, verifying quantities received matching against documents.
- Perform good housekeeping and maintain the back of house in a neat and orderly manner.
- Ensure stocks are well organized by style, color, size in order to maximize efficiency of movement in BOH.
- Perform price tag requisition for damage / missing tags with the Merchandising team.
- Perform weekly merchandise check in BOH to ensure price tags are correctly labeled to the physical stocks.
- Perform proper record keeping and control of stock movement.
- Perform weekly and any store to store transfer and perform reconciliation of stocks between Singapore stores
- Perform requisition of packaging items (paper bags, stickers, strings, gift box etc)
- Assist Store Manager to investigate stock discrepancies.
- Handle all repair ticketing matters via sales logic.
- Handle all repair shipments matters.
- Assist with stock take and any ad hoc back of house function from time to time.
Job requirements
- At least 2 years warehouse experience
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Physically strong and fit to manage stocks
- Highly motivated team player in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel)
