Responsibilities
To be the liaison for the coordination of M&E works to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and local authorities’ quality standard.
To supervise and ensure that work done are in accordance with the required drawings and specifications as per the contract.
To monitor closely and report promptly work progress to superior.
Coordinate and prepare technical submissions with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely work arrangements.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification or relevant on-the-job experience are welcome.
More than 3-years of work experience in the Construction sector would be preferred.
Good team player and able to work independently.
