Sales Admin and Logistics (6 Months)
Job Description & Requirements

Sales Admin:
- Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers
- Manage relationships with customs and transportation suppliers.
- Optimizes the flow of information between departments involved in the processing of
- customers’ requests
Logistics
- Track import orders
- Track, prepare, and send orders within the specified time frame to customers
- Handling disputes related to transportation (package loss, delivery to incorrect
- address, etc.) = occasional tasks
- Stock management with first in first out
Requirement
- Major in International Trade/Logistics and related 3 years+ working experience
- English (Reading Writing Speaking)
- Computer skills (ERP - CRM - MS Office (Excel & PPT))
- Required experience: Customer Service - Import and Export
- Customer focus & Team spirit
