We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement & Partner Manager to oversee procurement processes and manage strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will take ownership of procurement and vendor management for our managed services business. This role requires someone who can streamline procurement, negotiate favourable contracts, and build strong partnerships to support our mission of helping our clients leverage technology without deep in-house IT expertise.

Responsibilities:

Vendor and Partner Relations:

• Manage and cultivate relationships with key vendors and partners.
• Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers and technology partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Procurement:

• Lead the end-to-end procurement processes and activities of sourcing, evaluation, contract management and purchase order issuance for hardware, software and services
• Ensure cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain the procurement process, workflows and policies, ensuring relevance to the business and alignment to the company’s objectives.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and track all purchases.

Cost and Budget Management:

• Analyse procurement data to find cost savings opportunities.
• Work with finance to manage procurement budgets and forecast spending.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that procurement policies align with company and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate procurement-related risks through robust risk management processes.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure procurement aligns with company goals.
• Work with the finance team on budgeting and procurement planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
• Experiences 5+ years in procurement and partner management. Experience working in IT or managed services environments is a plus. Proven experience in vendor relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement and partnership processes. Understanding of IT products, services, and supply chains.
• Experience with managed services procurement (endpoint, cloud, infrastructure).

The Assistant HR Manager (SG) supports the HR operations for Singapore to fulfil HR functions and support our internal stakeholders.

This is office based (Bukit Batok), however may need to visit site if required (operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment/internship, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with SG labour laws and other relevant laws.
• Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.
• Work with MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers.
• Work with SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY).
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group’s values and mission, working closely to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
• Specialized in Construction and Healthcare industry.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
• Self-driven and hands-on person. Collaborative in nature and strong team player.
• Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
• Energetic and willing to implement change. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff, other than executive staff.
• Very detailed oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work.
• Strong with numbers and critical thinking. Able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes.
• Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.
• Highly proficient in M365, SharePoint and HRIS.
• Knowledge and prior experience with Malaysian Labour Laws are also useful.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, should there be work exigencies.
• Willing and able to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff, other than executive staff.
