ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of System Analyst-Developer to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a System Analyst-Developer who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s User Task (EUC/RPA/Tools) team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relate to quality or process improvements.
Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carry out leading functions of the department.
Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):
- Work closely with end users to identify pain points and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Develop tools for migration and operational processes.
- Clarify which tools need to be developed / revised based on the gap of the As-Is / To-Be system and business operation processes
- Development of migration tools (Migration data creation using Access, etc.), any other new tools in order to adapt with new operation processes
- Modify existing systems and implement new functionalities as required.
- Reporting:
- Report issues related to the development and progress of daily activities to User owned EUC/RPA/Tools PIC
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure developed solutions align with business needs.
- Any other duties related to this role.
Basic Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel macros, and RPA tools.
- System implementation and automation tool development experience in banking projects (trade-related preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge user needs and technical solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Hands-on experience of using Access and Excel macro, UIPath (RPA)
- Business knowledge in Trade area preferred.
- Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region when is required.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
